Many dogs' ancestries can be somewhat determined just by looking at them. If your stocky little pooch has a squished-in face and a heart of gold, for example, their family tree likely includes a pug. If they've got droopy jowls and a penchant for howling, you can bet on some hound blood. And if they're a buggy-eyed embodiment of the chaotic evil alignment, you know there's some Chihuahua in there for sure.
