Former President Barack Obama finally weighed in on the ongoing debate over the separation of migrant children from their families at the U.S.-Mexico border, and it left a little to be desired for a few reasons.
In a post to Facebook Wednesday afternoon to mark World Refugee Day, Obama lamented, "And to watch those families broken apart in real time puts to us a very simple question: are we a nation that accepts the cruelty of ripping children from their parents’ arms, or are we a nation that values families, and works to keep them together?"
